Well, we survived the dreaded server meltdown without too much pain last week. Thanks to everyone for working overtime and getting their picks emailed to me last week. Everyone except for sel561, who ended up with the winning driver anyway. So even that worked out OK.

The racing at the newly configured Las Vegas racetrack was pretty awesome, although JJ was clearly the class of the field. I guess you racing fans saw that coming with 7 teams riding Jimmie's bumper into victory lane. Scores were decent, although a few of us still had major problems on the track.

Low score of the week belonged to THEOSUracing team who totaled 23 points without even visiting victory lane. Just missed placing all five drivers in the top ten. That was impressive.

sel561 with those "rolled over" picks came in 2nd with 25 points and then Richards and Team_Miller tied for 3rd with 26 points apiece. Bunch of folks landed in the 30's which around here is A OK.

If you make the chase at the end of the season those winning race selections will each knock 5 points off your starting score. At Vegas Richards, Robinracing, 8 Budweiser, Killem_All, sel561, Team_Miller and Dallas Big Dog Racing all benefitted.
